Support for the Colorado Asthma Toolkit Program

The following organizations have provided generous financial support to help bring the Colorado Asthma Toolkit into both urban and rural Colorado counties.

• Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment: Supported the Asthma Toolkit to train 57 practices in Eastern Colorado and 25 practices in South Central Colorado.
• Kaiser Permanente: Supported the Asthma Toolkit to train 20 practices in El Paso and Pueblo counties.
• Caring for Colorado: Supported the development of new curriculum, training strategies and the Asthma Toolkit website.

The following organizations have partnered with National Jewish Health to bring the Colorado Asthma Toolkit program into Colorado communities.
